** This certificate is good for ONE of the following performance tune-ups. Multiple certificates must be purchased to cover additional performance tune ups on each system. Cooling systems can only be serviced in temperate weather. Preferred service area: 35 miles from Clear Lake. Anyone seeking service outside of this range should contact Apex Mechanical in advance.

Cooling Checkup:
-Test capacitor
- Inspect contractor for wear
- Check amp draw on condenser fan and compressor
- Record indoor temperature drop
-Flush out drain lines
- Visual inspection of indoor evaporator coil
- Rinse out outdoor condenser coil
- Check filter
- Check refrigerant
- Test unit upon completion to verify proper operation
- Record findings in report that is shared with homeowner and discuss any suggestions

Heating Checkup:
- Visual inspection of furnace
- Check filter
- Wipe down and clean out furnace cabinet
- Visual inspection of heat exchanger
- Check gas pressure
- Inspect, clean, and test flame sensor, burners & ignitor
- Record amp draw of blower motor and draft inducer
- Test capacitor
- Inspect wiring of all safety switches and verify good connections
- Perform combustion analysis (gives information on O2, CO2, CO ppm, Efficiency & Exhaust Temperature)
- Record indoor temperature rise
- Record findings in report that is shared with homeowner and discuss any suggestions

Hydronic Checkup (Boiler):
-Visual inspection of boiler
- Check water pressure
- Check gas pressure
- Wipe down and clean out boiler cabinet
- Visual inspection of heat exchanger
- Inspect, clean, and test flame sensor, burners and ignitor
- Blow out pilot tubing
- Inspect wiring of all safety switches and verify good connections
- Perform combustion analysis (gives information on O2, CO2, CO ppm, Efficiency & Exhaust Temperature)
- Record supply temperature to return temperature differential (Delta T)
- Record findings in report that is shared with homeowner and discuss any suggestions
