This certificate is good for the gas furnace unit and installation of that unit. Installation can not be transferred to another unit, and if the buyer declines installation, there is no refund for the difference in value.

In the event the purchaser requires a larger unit for their household, the price difference for a larger unit will be covered by the purchaser of this certificate and paid to Apex Mechanical in addition to any extra costs due to installation of this service.
