Amana High-Efficiency Two-Stage Multi-Speed Gas Furnace & Installation

Apex Mechanical will also register your units for the 10-Year Parts Limited Warranties and the Lifetime Unit Replacement Limited Warranty on the furnace (good for as long as you own your home).

This certificate is good for the listed air conditioning unit, gas furnace, and installation of those units. Not available for manufactured or mobile homes. In the event the purchaser requires larger unit(s) for their household, the price difference for larger units will be covered by the purchaser of this certificate and paid to Apex Mechanical.

The sale of this certificate is final. All negotiations to fulfill service must be handled between the purchaser of this certificate and Apex Mechanical. Negotiations of service may be had directly with Apex Mechanical in the event there is an unforeseen compatibility issue. The value of this certificate is $11,400 and any transfer of that value to a compatible system is solely at the discretion of Apex Mechanical. Any difference in what Apex Mechanical is willing to honor from the total certificate value is to be paid by the purchaser or gift recipient of this certificate.
