Concrete Apron - up to 150 square feet or $3,600 toward larger concrete apron

Good for standard 2 or 3 car garages

Includes:
• Remove the existing asphalt/concrete/etc.
• Re-establish 4-6" of subgrade with base material
• Form and pour 4" of 4500 PSI concrete with rebar
• Brush finish, place control joints, and apply sealer.
• If the block is exposed at the front of the garage floor, the block will be capped with concrete.
